Pricing for Wedding Receptions:
Events may be scheduled any day of the week at least one month
in advance. The grounds at Tuckahoe Plantation can accommodate up to 1500 guests. Use
of the grounds does not include tents, catering services, food, refreshments, entertainment,
flowers, special decorations or other services that must be contracted separately. Please
contact our caterer for information regarding event rentals and other special services.
Wedding Site Fees:
All fees include use of grounds during the hours reserved for your event, available parking, and restroom facilities.

Fees Include:
A total of four (4) hours for wedding ceremony and reception.
Choice of one of three locations for ceremony and reception.
Portable toilets for events hosting over 100 guests.
Wedding events can include the rehearsal dinner, wedding rehearsal, luncheon,
ceremony and reception.
NOTES:
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to reserve the date for your event. Deposit is due at the time that your event is booked.
Ceremony charge of $500.00 includes availability for ceremony rehearsals on the day of the event ONLY.
